How to set up alerts for temperature changes, etc?

Have NPM and trying to figure out how to set up alerts for temp changes for a cisco switch, already have many alerts set up for the cisco switches/routers but want to be able to set up temp changes alerts,

i can see that solarwinds detects the sensors for anything temperature related (shown below) and i can see all those values on the dashboard of the device so i think its just a matter of setting up the actual alerts now.

So I do not have anything like this in my environment at the moment. I think it would just be a matter of selecting the Hardware Sensor target and filling in the values.

So this is all in theory, but I think something like this would be a good start:
