Where can I get SCM policies?

Hi guys where can I find SCM polices to import? Because the ones that I found are .xml and not in .yaml

Those three out of the box policies server as examples for you to build policies yourself.

The Administrator manual specifically states that we should be able to find new Policies on Thwack. Not that we have to build them ourselves. Turning a STIG xml file into a YAML file is a facility that is needed in SCM if SolarWinds expects users to actual use the Compliance capability in SCM.
