Custom chart and SWQL

Question

Hi,

I'am trying to create a custom chart to display BPS_IN / OUT from a F5VS object.

I'am using a custom chart and SWQL like this :

First question i don't understand red messages about data grouping and legend. Perhaps i don't use the correct widget ?

Second question is ther a filter to limite on FSV5:XXXX url parameter ?

Thanks for your help Adam, I solved all my problem it was my first custom graph.

This is my swql request for custom graph :

SELECT '' AS Legend, VSS.DateTime AS Timestamp, sum(VSS.BPS_In) AS Entrant, sum(VSS.BPS_Out) AS Sortant
FROM Orion.F5.LTM.VirtualServerStats AS VSS, Orion.F5.LTM.VirtualServer AS VS
WHERE (VS.Name = ${Name}) AND (VS.VirtualServerID = VSS.VirtualServerID) AND (TimeStamp >= ${FromTime} AND TimeStamp <= ${ToTime})
GROUP BY Timestamp
ORDER BY Timestamp ASC

Don't need Legend so empty string '' as Legend,

Datetime is Timestamp for graph

Making sum of each field to plot

In URL i've then name of the vip so i need to use ${Name} to request data.

This value must be in Orion.F5.LTM.VirtualServer in Name field so i need to add this table to request.

Use FromTime and ToTime for time window

And finaly group by timestamp.

Order by is just here for preview in edit datasource for cosmetic purpose.

Sorry filter wasn't the good word.

I want to use the url parameter : NetObject in my swl request to limit request to one F5 virtual server.

But i didn't found a ${} macro bind to this arameter.

For the first problem i found solution.

2nd question - you can pull very long strings, wouldnt expect a problem
