I can't complete installation

Installation doesn't complete and pop-up window appear, kindly help me to avoid this issue.

That is an ancient version, do you need to be on 2020.4.2?

Thank you for reply, I solved. I installed file without extracted.

Open ISO file with 7-ZIP app and install from app window without extract.

Would you please advice me what's the stable version to install it?
Otherwise for lightweight option is it good choice for company has 30 Switch and 5 server for example ?
