Monitor Windows Services with different names on different servers

Hoping someone can help me, we have an unusual situation where we have been asked to monitor some Windows Services to see if there are Running or Stopped. Normally this would be fairly straightforward, however in this case the names of the service can vary depending upon which country it is running in. Below is an example

Country 1

PCC Server 100
PCC Server 101
PCC Server 102

Country 2

PCC Server 200
PCC Server 201
PCC Server 202

etc.

To make things more complex, one country may only have 2 services and another may have 3.

So we require a script, as assume this is the only way to do this, that will check for all services that starts with "PCC Server" and then based on these results check the status to see if it is Running or not.

I have looked at a PowerShell script that can do this, but I do not know how to then run this within Solarwinds and then obviously alert the relevant people if these services are in a non Running state,

Create a SAM Monitor, add the powershell component.

Something like:
