How to add "User Notes" from a SAm Template to a HTML Email alert ?

How to add "User Notes" from a SAm Template to a HTML Email alert ? I have Application alerts that only need Team call outs on Business hours so I updated the "User Text" fields in the SAM Templates but I'm unable to locate the data field / variable needed to populate this data on the Alert Email notification. I can do this with Custom Properties in NCM but this does not apply to SAM templates and application only alerts like a SSL Cert expiration alert etc.

This if a component alert, else pretty similar for application but one level up

ALTHOUGH if for an application you would have the possibility of multiple comonent user notes so you'd need to do a custom SWQL with a top 1 and a filter probably.

I figured it out.. ditched the user comments section in the SAM template and created a custom property for applications for a text field and added the custom property to the application needing the alert instructions. added the custom property to the application alert and modified the HTML code for bold letters etc so it stands out in the Email notification so problem solved.
