Not pulling in CDR records

I am having an issue where my CDR records are not being pulled into the VOIP & Network Quality Manager.

I have both my publisher and subscriber server in Orion, my AXL and FTP login is passing the test. I also have my billing server setup to an FTP location and I can verify that the files are all populating. I saw another thread on this but the individual was missing one of his subscribers within VOIP & Network Quality Manager, however I do have both of them in the system.

Hi,

One of the possible reasons could be wrong FTP directory. FTP test just checks credentials, not the directory existence. Please, check you've entered correct full path from the FTP root, not relative to FTP home directory. As a hint, you can use the same path you've specified for the billing server on CUCM side. If it's not the issue, I suggest you to open support ticket.

Hi Danielle,

My case number is 374110, I have been working with Paul and we have tried a few polling frequency changes however it still has not resolved the issue. I am currently coordinating with him a time to do a go-to meeting to investigate further.
