Our Solarwinds Node Details show Manufacturer as Cisco and model of CMICR-4PT for a Cisco CMICR-4PT switch but Configuration Manager categorizes the switch as " Cisco (1)" and not within a Cisco CMICR-4PT folder. We can't figure out how to fix this. We will be many more of the same switches which will just show up on our management report as "Cisco". They don't like that. How do we fix this to categorize these devices as "Cisco CMICR-4PT"?
