Why data not coming Autonomous Systems in solarwinds webconsole

Hello everyone,

I have a problem in my recent SolarWinds installation, we have activated the sending of Autonomous Systems to the SolarWinds server, but we do not receive the flow, does anyone know what it could be?

I am assuming you have populated in to NPM and NTA a device that is configured for BGP and has all appropriate definition in place for AS and neigbour detail, as per https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/nta/content/nta-preparing-to-monitor-autonomous-system-networks-sw1401.htm

Therefore, I would perform a packet capture and confirm that the data exists within the flow packets.
