F5 not showing correctly

My employer has recently installed a new F5 rSeries physical device and it looks like SolarWinds does not accurately recognize it.   The attached screenshot shows a comparison to an existing F5 i5800 physical device.  In particular note that the “Hardware Details” and “Current Hardware Health” are missing for the rSeries device on the left side of the screenshot.  any thoughts as to how I can get this corrected?

Your screenshot is very poor quality and small so that I can't actually see what the issue is.

That said, I'm pretty sure the issue is that SolarWInds don't yet have a native device poller created for the F5 rSeries. So you can do one of a few things...

1. Wait and hope SolarWInds brings one out in an upcoming release.
2. Nag your CSM to see if they have a timeline for the above.
3. If not, or no, or you can't wait then it is off to Device Studio for you to create your own device poller.

For that last option you will need to gather various OIDs for the rSeries including SysObjID, RAM, CPU, etc.... all in all you will need (IIRC) 7 OIDs to build your own poller. It might be worth starting with a currently provided THWACK community poller such as one of these:

And then editing to suit.

Once you have a working one, you could (should) re-share that with the community.
