Volume Polling Details showing UTC?

Running NPM 2023.4.2.

In the "Volume Polling Details" widget, the next polling time and next rediscovery time are both displayed in UTC instead of the server's timezone.

Is this occurring for others as well?

There's a tolocal function if you need it. Honestly the other way around is more confusing sooner or later
