RunQuery failed

Hi,

There is error showing on the console mentioning RunQuery failed, check fault information. Execution TimeOut Expired. The timeout period elasped prior to completion of the operation or server is not responding. So how do i check this error?

Curious if you found a resolution to this as we are getting the same menu error. Support had us stop and start some services and run the Configuration Wizard but that didn't solve the problem.

Hi @scosta ,

When i raised a ticket to Support, its the same like yours, support didnt resolved the issue, only when we did an upgrade to Solarwinds, then the error is gone from the screen. So not sure what cause the error. I could be wrong but it maybe related to database issue

Thanks for the reply.

We just upgraded to 2024.1 and that didn't resolve the issue. They want us to delete all notifications (DELETE FROM NotificationsItems) from the database. We'll see if that helps. Thansk.
