Hey Guys,
I am facing issue in using solarwinds gold image deployment method.
Outlining below steps, please correct me if needs to be:
1. Download gold image zip file ( using server initiated option)
2.Extract the contents of the ZIP file and copy the extracted files to the master image computer.
3.On the master image computer, run the Command prompt as administrator.
4. run setup.bat which creates a task to install solarwinds agent when next reboot happens.

Post these steps we create image and use that image to boot new VMs.

At solarwinds end:
From manage agent and try to add server initiated agent but i am getting connection refused error.
Now the created VM has agent installed, services running but still connection is not happening and I am getting SSL errors.
Is there any step missing ?
Also what does this warning in Gold image article means and when exactly to do this step ?
"Disable the SolarWinds Orion agent service before you create your gold master, and then start it on the remote computer when the gold master is cloned."
