Displaying a preconfigured SAM Chart in a Report

I'm just drawing a blank on how to display this chart and its summary count from my SAM Application Summary homepage into a report.

Could someone please help me out....FWIW...I'm on version 2023.4.2

That said, this is a widget with which you will need to recreate the S(W)QL behind it for a report.
