My SolarWinds License will expire, which was trial one. after expire will I be able to use SolarWinds such as login into the portal, monitor nodes, generate reports?

You can login into the portal but data will not be collected anymore for the nodes, historical data will still be available unless its archived by DB Maintenance. But I dont think you can perform actions as well, like adding nodes etc
In the past we could use the tool and SolarWinds modules wouldn't seize but then those were years ago in older versions, it isn't the case anymore. Hope this helps.
