Hello,
We ran into a bit of a problem while doing some testing. I had VoIP Monitor configured to have two call paths, one from our main router to our test router, then one from our test router to our main router. The test was working great and working as expected. We went to put some compression boxes inbetween that required us to re-ip the network. I was able to change the address inside of NPM and it started pulling the new data right away. VoIP Monitor however seemed to work but it wasn't really working at all. On the main VoIP Monitor screen it showed normal but if you drilled into the graphs they would show no data to display. I removed the device and re-added it and got the same thing. Finally I went to the router and saw the SLA was still there but referencing the old IP address. I manually deleted the SLA and then VoIP Monitor recreated it properly.
Did I miss a step somewhere or is this a bug with VoIP Monitor?
Thanks!
