Solarwinds not polling cisco 4331 hardware details

Hello Everyone, we have lot of cisco 4331 ISR routers. Solarwinds is unable to pull/fetch hardware details. I have one node ( not sure how this node is added) that show hardware details but looks like it is disabled. 

we reached out to solarwinds team and found 4331 is not in SNMPV3 compatibility list 

Please help me if there is any work around in solarwinds to fetch hardware details and hardware health stats.

Yes, there is a workaround. 

Not quite sure what is meant by this: found 4331 is not in SNMPV3 compatibility list  but so long as you can talk to it via SNMP, then you can create a node poller via 'Settings > All Settings > Manage Pollers' - you will need the OIDs for 7 different aspects from RAM to CPU to SysObjectID. 

That said, I would suggest going to the manage pollers screen, switch to the 'THWACK Community Pollers' screen and search for 4331. It will give you one response. Install that and apply it to the node(s) in question. My advice, try it on one. Give it time for at least one, preferably two polling cycles to happen and then refresh the screen. If the details now show then apply to all other nodes.
