Query to uncheck UPS box globally for all APC devices

Question

I would like to have a query to uncheck the "APC" box in List Resources for all APC UPS devices, and then run the reverse query to re-check that same box. Can that be done? I have been unable to locate the DB table where that APC box is listed. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

The APC UPS (if it's what I'm thinking of) is a "poller" as defined in the system.  There is no way (at present to the best of my knowledge) to alter poller assignment via the API.  You could do it in SQL though that it highly (and I cannot stress this enough - HIGHLY) not recommended.

This isn't the first request I've seen on here for Poller Management via the API.  I think there's a similar (not identical) Feature Request open ::[mention:5bfc3eb52dab4685b425c30c6a102ac4:fb5d84b10a5745448a7a45dafc1faa43] .  You may want to upvote that and/or create your own Feature Request.  If you do go the creating your own FR example, be sure to include screenshots about exactly what you'd like to do.  It helps explain it best to the community members who will vote on it and the Product Managers/Developers who'll work in implementation.
