Modern Dashboard Error on Load If Not Already Authenticated

I'm trying to auto start a Kiosk System with some ServiceNow and SolarWinds Modern Dashboard Content revolving through various open tabs. I have pass through or rather Windows Account Login enabled in SolarWinds. I'm finding that if I do not login to Orion first and then try to use the Modern Dashboard links, those dashboard links will display an error a page. I found this thread ( (+) Modern Dashboard doesn't Load from URL - General - The Orion Platform - THWACK (solarwinds.com) ) on the subject with no comments locked. I don't know why it is locked but I assume there is either an answer or another thread that addresses this subject of the error?
