After Deploying the solarwind agent(2023.4.2) the plugin are not appearing why ?

After deploying the solarwind agent on windows servers the plugins are not appearing under manage agents page when I am listing down. I have checked the port connectivity & other pre - requisites are proper as per solarwind agent recommendation. Until all relevant plugin are installed I am not able to manage the node. How to find the issue & resolve it ?

I'm having the same issue with one of my clients SQL server. I checked everything (FW, EventLogs, SW logs, etc..) but no luck. I opened a ticket with Solarwinds support and waiting for a resolution.
