Custom property editor - Assign Values - add fields?

Good Day all.

Working with the custom property editor - assign values screen.  Looking at both the legacy and modern views. 

Any way to add additional attributes as fields to this view?  Meaning: legacy view gives me application id # which is not really helpful in identifying the server that the application applies to.

Use case: in my shop we have similar servers / applications for Prod, Stage, Dev.  Application custom property exists for Severity (of alert).  Severity will be different depending on the environment - Prod, Stage, Dev (note Environment is also a custom property).

I want to add, ideally, node name and environment fields to the assign values screen so I know what severity to assign to that application.

I welcome any inputs from the community.

Your options will be a little limited, but if you click the 3 dots to the right of filters, then select "Add filter" you can add additional columns.

I know for applications, your options are basically Node, but that at least presents the caption name for the node on the view.  I use it all of the time for ours.

If you are needing to filter off of additional custom properties on the node, you would probably need to do some kind of database editor.  I have not done anything like that, so can't really provide any examples.
