I've some issue with the trigger action from telegram alert in solarwinds, we are using bot API for assign alert to group telegram
We have 2 grup NOC and Operation, and 2 bot telerham with different alert catery regarding group.
In Operation group, alert from telegram is Normal no issue variable
But new bot alert on group NOC, alert from telegram is missing variable, and trigger action missing if device down no send, but reset contition send, like the picture i attach
What is the problem? we have config with correct variable, and i think no issue with configuration.
