as long as you are current in your maintenance contract, someone in your company should have the SWID. If not, you can reach out to customerservice@solarwinds.com for assistance. More than one user account can be linked to a single SWID.
That will give you access to the full library of training videos, but also renewals, licenses and upgrade installers.
For access solarwinds academy, you can using portal partner or customer portal with SWID, partner portal no need SWID but your must using company email as partner solarwinds.
