can NPM make an alert if DHCP pool on Cisco Router for any subnet reach 90% of utilization?
Do you have IPAM? You can create a DHCP alert for utilization if you have an IPAM license. It might already be there.
Look under "Alerts & Reports" > "Manage Accounts" > "Action Manager." & "Execute program: IPAM ..."

The easiest way would be to enable the CISCO DCHP SERVER MIB traps (on the device) for DHCP scope or pool utilisation.Then setup the relevant alert in Orion, off the incoming trap event.Rich
