Error message when running job to backup device configuration

Hello,

I am trying to setup config backup on NCM, i am getting the following error,

ERROR: Running config: Configuration post processing error. See NcmBusinessLayerPlugin and DPE logs for details
ERROR: Running config: Failed to save a copy of the config on the file system (mirror copy).

Has anyone seen this before ? What would be the fix ?

yes i was able to get this fixed. The problem was wrong password and restricted folder access. I had to update the new password, and point the config archive to a folder outside appdata folder.
