Kiwi Syslog Server rule order won't change after row 20

I'm a big fan of Kiwi and have used their products for years.  Very excited to use the NG platform, but completely stuck; I'm unable to rearrange any rules after rules #20.  Whether I change page to show 20 or 100, I can still only drag and drop rules 1-20. 

I'm completely stuck and hoping someone has a workaround so I can complete my project.  Thanks!
