Creating Dashboard on the EOC Instance

Hello Everyone

We have two SolarWinds Instance one for routers and another for switches. I Want to create a dashboard that shows when a router is down, the switches connected to it will also be down, meaning the entire branch will be affected.

Currently, we have individual dashboard for routers and switches in there respective SolarWinds instance.

Please provide guidance on creating a dashboard or report to visualize the impact of a router being down on connected switches
