Question regarding potential integration between Solarwinds and Hashicorp Vault.
My company is the process of standing up Vault. Design goal to integrate as many credential stores into Vault and minimize the number of, well... secondary documents around that contain passwords.
Our Solarwinds system uses SNMPv3, Windows WMI, Oracle Db creds, SSH key pairs, assorted others in the SW Credential store.
Wondering about the possibility of integrating all of this into Vault. In a perfect world Solarwinds would pull credentials from Vault, not its own internal key store.
I welcome any input from the community on the possibility of integrating external credential stores into Solarwinds, especially Hashicorp Vault.
