Create report for all devices that have high util for over 5 min High utilization

I have been tasked to create a report that shows all of our Network Devices that have exceeded a high transmit utilization for 5 minutes for the past 7 days, I was in the middle f building a report that would show the high utilization but no sure how to show any interface that exceeded the threshold for 5 minutes.

Default poll interval for interface statistics is every 9 minutes. Meaning SolarWinds does not have the info you request unless you have adjusted the polling interval.

But say you have, or can be ok with high usage over default 9 min, I'm not sure how to create such a report. One way could be to say that the interface will be warning/critical if it breaches transmit or receive utilization for more than 2 polling intervals. Then you can create a report on the "events" that the interfaces has been warning/critical due to high usage.
