Currently running SolarWinds Platform, NTA, NPM: 2023.2.0. I have an ongoing issue where if I try to enter into certain settings, the web page opens but the content will never load. It won't timeout or give an error, it just loads indefinitely. It happens on the SAML configuration settings and My Deployment.
Not really sure where to start to troubleshoot this issue. I have recently been in contact with Solarwinds and they advised to increase the resources on the VM and the DB resource in line with best practce, which I've done yet the problem remains.
OK, so there is an error on the SAML page. It says "Host not found" but I can't even get to the configuration to understand which host it is referring to. Is there anyway to wipe this config? Why isn't there a CLI!
