List resources not loading for a node polling through agent

Hi All,

I have a windows 2008 server, which is getting polled by an agent. Agent status is showing connected under edit properties.

But the issue is when I am clicking on list resources it is giving a pop up stating node is unreachable.

Not sure what is wrong here, because it is not polling any stats for that particular node but agent status is green.

I got this article from SolarWinds but unable to review the settings as mentioned in the article.

Hello @rahulkudesia if you go to
Admin⏵︎Agent ⏵︎Manage Agents

then select the agent and choose:

MOORE ACTIONS ⏷︎

View installed agent plug-ins

What can you see? You should see list of installed plugins:

Hello @rahulkudesia so it must be some more subtle issue. Do you have access to the poler file system? There should be logs, could you look into:

%PROGRAMDATA%\SolarWinds\Discovery Engine\OrionDiscoveryJob.log
%PROGRAMDATA%\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log
%PROGRAMDATA%\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\Core.BusinessLayer.log
%PROGRAMDATA%\SolarWinds\Logs\AgentManagement\AgentManagement.Service.log

is there any error logged with timestamp around the time when you try performing list resources for that agent monitored node? BTW is your monitored system 2008 R2?

Have you tried restarting the solarwinds agent on the node?
