alert still present after deleting device

We have had this broken stack ring alert on a Cisco C9300 stack for almost 2 years now, but the stack is fine. We have even upgraded the IOS many times since it showed up. I have even deleted the device from Solarwinds and it is still there. How can I get rid of the alert.

Do you see this alert in your Alert log if you follow these steps? You should be able to clear the alert from there.

Also, the name of your device is in your screenshot under the "Message" in the Alert Status Overview widget. Just in case you want to remove your screenshot!

I literally noticed that option about 2 minutes before you posted this. This alert was at the very bottom of our page and those options on top were out of sight and I completely forgot about them. And yeah, i guess I missed that small entry. Thanks for your help.

No worries! Glad you got it removed. Funny enough, I just ran into this yesterday in my environment. Deleted an alert that was "active" for over 3,000 days.
