I don't think I've seen this interface in SQL Sentry. How are you getting there?

Having never used SQL Sentry, that looks like something from the SolarWinds Platform.

This screenshot looks like it's coming from the AppInsight for SQL feature in Server & Application Monitor (SAM). You might have more luck posting your question in that Server & Application Monitor (SAM) Forum.

If you decide to explore SQL Sentry, it can definitely help you monitor the most expensive queries in SQL Server.
