I am looking for a report that contains all my customers overall down count.

Example :

1customer 8 node down

2customer 10 node down.

Overall all customer down count

You want to look at custom properties call it 'Customers' then list each customer and assign every node to each customer. Then you can alert, dashboard or report on it.
