MAC address Column in Custom Report is empty

Dear Forum Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I'm seeking assistance with a specific issue I've encountered while working on a SolarWinds Custom Report. Within this report, I've configured a column to display the MAC addresses of nodes. However, despite the setup, the MAC address column remains empty, devoid of any data.

I've double-checked my configurations and ensured that the necessary parameters are set accurately. Despite these efforts, the MAC address column persists in displaying no data.

I'm reaching out to inquire if anyone has encountered a similar situation or might have insights into why the MAC address data isn't populating within the designated column. Your guidance, suggestions, or troubleshooting steps would be immensely appreciated.

was this from selecting information from a GUI or based on a custom query?

I did not use a Custom Query. What i did was use a Custom Table..

I within the Custom Table added a column and selected MAC address as the last column

Try to use the MAC Address under Device Inventory - or you can do a seach in the Add Column for MAC:

I did make the adjustments - i.e. i selected MAC address from Device Inventory this time as you had indicated. i had the exact same result unfortunately..
