I hope you all can assist me on my question. I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but is there a way on how to send ONLY an SolarWinds email notification without generating SolarWinds alert in the Dashboard? The reason is because this new monitoring is meant for a specific team to checks on the system directly as they do not have access to SolarWinds. I know that we can use the option Reset this alert automatically after X sec/min/hour, but by doing that the alert will be regenerated once again for every X amount of alert trigger evaluation time
If i choose "No reset action - Manually remove the alert from the active alerts list", will the alert be triggered IF the monitoring detected the same issue after it was resolved (because no reset action from SolarWinds)?
