what happens if SolarWinds upgradation fails while performing upgradation activity? is we have any option for rollback?
Hi, You will have to restore your Database and restore your Polling Engines/Web Servers from snaps taken before the upgrade. You will first have to uninstall the newer version as it replaces your installation. I am currently having same issues with roll-back. We just restore the snap taken before the upgrade takes place as this is quicker than rebuilding your instance again. Best would be to prep a development server to test before deploying to production.
