transfer failure due to timeout waiting for success or failure prompt

Hello all

Please if anyone have any idea about this issue, basically try to take a backup for FortiGate 60F from NCM this issue just for the devices of our branch the local devices working fine.

and when take a backup from Cisco Switch in same branch is working fine.

 I suggest that you enable the session trace to see where the backup stops / got stuck before timing out.

You may also try increasing the timeout in the CLI
