AppInsight for SQL Credentials Failed

Hi,

I have added the Appinsight for SQL template to one of the nodes that has been monitored using the polling agent.

When you first test the Credential the status is Successful and the application status becomes UP. However, after being monitored for more than 15 minutes the application status changed to Unknown and the Credential status became "Test Failed" when re-checked.

I have complied with the requirements and permissions in the https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sam/content/sam-appinsight-for-sql-requirements-and-permissions-sw1273.htm document

and have run the support.solarwinds.com/.../AppInsight-for-SQL-Credentials-Fail-with-Agent-Polling workaround.

but to no avail. can anyone help me solve this problem?
