How do I find the Orion DB Username in Use and Check Permissions (NPM 2020.6)

I am working on a plan to upgrade the SolarWinds deployment in my work area to version 2023 (latest release), however, the documentation seems to be lacking. We are running NPM and NTA version 2020.6. How can I find the Orion DB username that is in use, and how can I verify they have the correct permissions so that I can avoid errors during the installation?

To know the username being used, try running the configuration wizard. You would be able to check the DB user being used from the user prompts.

Did you check the swnetpermon.db?

i don't think that's the case with newer version though.
