Problem with utf8 in Kiwi Syslog Server in combination with kiwi Syslog Forwarder

All logs are not diplayed as UTF8, the German umlauts are not displayed. In the regestry of the Server I set it to utf8, i think it is a problem withe the forwarder.
Has someone a solution for me ?

I have the same problem with umlauts, of in Finnish ääkköset; So characers are displayed

ä = ÇÏ

ö = Çô

I am using nxlog CE to send Windows Event logs.
