Alert to monitor service from multiple servers.We want to set up an alert that will be triggered off a Windows service "Azure Pipeline Agent" when it's down. Is there a way to search for services with that name using wildcards so we can apply them to all.

Assuming you are using SAM and created a SAM Component that has the name Azure Pipeline Agent in it. When you set the alert use Component Name and Contains as shown below. 

You will need to add some additional conditions such as the ones shown below
