Trusted Domain - Adding Users

On the EOC server I have an issue with adding users from a trusted domain. 

When I step through the EOC add user, the system will let me find the user in the off domain and even add it to the list for approval but when I select the group and hit the button to continue the page just refreshes and does not move forward.

I have a problem as this is a domain that our primary domain has a two way trust with and I should be allowed to add users to the EOC that are on that domain.

Is there something that needs to be done to authenication on the EOC server to allow for this trust to go through?

Is there a reason that the add user stops at the group screen and will not allow me to proceed?

Just a quick update if anyone else is faced with this issue.  I don't think anyone is, otherwise you would be replying to this but I have created a ticket with Solarwinds and yesterday it was escalated. 

Since the exact cause has has not been identified I will not say that this is exactly as the title of the threat suggests. 

This is what I do know, when at the second step to adding a user from the other domain where you setup the group the website will not progress any further.  There are NO errors logged anywhere, just no further action can be taken.
