Solarwinds is kicking users out of their session after upgrading to 2023

Hi All,

One of our client, facing issues after upgrading from NPM Platform 2022 to 2023 Solarwinds is kicking users out of their session and they are having to log back in. They are using group AD authentication, and apparently, there are no issues on the AD side. Any advice on this is appreciated since this is becoming more frequent.

@dduffy456 If you can share the case number, we can expedite and confirm if it is the same known issue.  Currently, the workaround is stated in the release notes and we are working towards a fixed in a future release.

I'm seeing this issue also on 2023.3.1

the timeout is the same as it previously was when we didn't have issues. need to raise another ticket with support
