SW polling engines cannot connect to new agent installs after upgrade

Hi All,

The SolarWinds Agent appears to install correctly, but the SolarWinds server cannot connect to the Agent on either VM. When I try to add the agent in the Manage Agents page in SolarWinds, it shows the connection is refused. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.
