We are having an Azure Express Route Circuit where we need to monitor the metrics(Arp Availability, BGP Avaiability, BitsInPerSecond, DroppedBitsInPerSecond). When the threshold reaches on this metrics we get notified through alerts. so all this monitoring can be possible through SolarWinds?
