We just upgraded from SolarWinds 2022.4 to the recommended 2023.4 RC1 platform and now the web console times out randomly. It last anywhere from a few minutes up to 45ish minutes. Typically right before the session times out we will get "There was an error rendering resource with id #" and typically "your session has timed out" at which point you have to refresh the page and sign on again. This issue started occurring right after we upgraded. Checked accounts and web console timeout settings and all were set correctly. We increased the web page timeout in IIS and that did not make a difference. We have an open ticket with SolarWinds now and I'm hoping this gets figured out soon because it's pretty hard to monitor when it logs us out every 5-30 minutes on average. We did not encounter any issues during the upgrade and it seemed as though everything was gonna go without a hitch, but of course that never happens in our field
**EDIT** Resolved
Change your Solarwinds server database logon username in the configuration wizard to UPN format. I.e change DOMAIN\user to user@domain
