My team has been experiencing a significant number of false positive over the course of the past month.This only happens with nodes that are being polled with the SolarWinds Agent. When clicking into the edit properties page of the node, it will show that the Agent software is installed and shows in green that it is functioning properly however it is not. We have tried restarting the Agent Service from the manage Agents page but that does not work. The only workaround that we have found is to switch the nodes to ICMP, rediscover, poll now and to then switch it back to Agent. So on any given day we can have around 100 nodes that have to manually be corrected, which takes up a large chunk of time. We have opened a ticket with the SolarWinds Customer Portal, however we aren't getting much help, our logs report no issue. The service account the we are using for the Agent is not an issue, we are on the current version for the Agent as well. Please assist with any advice.
