Hi all,
when an alert comes in when nobody is watching, and then clears itself. I'm trying to find a way to get those cleared alert. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There is a default report titled "Triggered and Reset Alerts - Last 30 days" you could run that report or edit it to better fit your timeframe if you want a different time window than last 30 days.
