Windows Powershell Monitor - Internet Speed Test

Recently moved some APEs from one AD domain to another and I have a SAM template with a single component that @KMSigma.SWI put out "Internet Speedtest". I've updated the node to use credentials that have local sever administration rights but, the application log still says

ERROR SolarWinds.APM.Probes.PowerShellProbe - System.Management.Automation.Remoting.PSRemotingTransportException: Starting a command on the remote server failed with the following error message : Access is denied.

I found a powershell script in the Microsoft Technet Gallery I like that will just basically ping a device in a txt file and email you if the device is offline. I would like to expand it a bit by using a CSV file with the IP address in the first column and device name in the second. Have the powershell script ping the device by IP address and if it fails email me the device name. I do have a monitoring solution, but I like how this emails me with a plain, simple Device Name Is Down so that if I see that in my email I can respond a little quicker than opening the email to read through it to discover the issue. why do dogs hate skateboards
